Virtual Terminal

There are some scenarios where the use of the BlockChyp virtual terminal will be necessary:

• You have not purchased a terminal, or your terminal is not available to take accept a transaction.

• You are not at your store location - this scenario will only work if your Internet connection allows.

Access the virtual terminal by navigating to the Merchant Dashboard, selecting Merchant Tools, and then Virtual Terminal.

To run a transaction on the Virtual Terminal:

• Select Manual in the Terminal drop-down box to manually enter payment information and run a transaction.

• Select a terminal from the Terminal drop-down box to run a transaction through your terminal remotely. You will have to enter card information on the terminal manually.

• Fill in the fields as prompted. Fields will vary depending on your transaction type.

Select the Charge button to run the transaction.
